IFOS Dubai – ENT World Congress 2023

Following the last IFOS congress in Paris 2017, the long-awaited IFOS congress in Dubai 2023 is just around the corner, January 17-21 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

The theme for IFOS 2023 is “Connecting minds, creating a future for a better tomorrow” and will cover a comprehensive scientific program within:

  • Audiology
  • Balance
  • Otology
  • Pediatrics

And many more exciting disciplines.

1. Repositioning chairs in BPPV

In a BPPV section on January 18, 10.30-11.30, Leigh Martin will discuss the role of repositioning chairs in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).

2. Clinical saccadometry

In a roundtable on January 19, 17.30-18.30, Dr. Michelle Petrak will give her talk on “Clinical Saccadometry: Establishing Normative Thresholds using a Simplified Videonystagmography Protocol in the Adult Population.”

3. ABR and ASSR correction factors

On January 20, 12.00-13.00, Jack Bennett will host an instructional course on correction factors in threshold ABR and ASSR.
